Through 10 years working in the food industry, Sarah Schlafly developed a MIGHTY vision to build a clean and equitable protein supply to sustain the world. After gaining accounting, entrepreneurship, and corporate marketing experience, Sarah launched Mighty Cricket in 2018. So far Sarah has bootstrapped the startup, harnessing the incredible talents and ambitions of Generation Z. In a short amount of time, this small team has made a MIGHTY impact on the future of food.
