Inspiration for Protein Powder Energy Balls Recipe:

I was searching for high protein energy balls at the grocery store as a quick, easy, healthy snack for when I’m on the go. Every energy ball I found was loaded with sugar. That’s when I had the idea to create my own using Mighty Cricket Protein Powder.

I make this Protein Powder Energy Balls Recipe without any added sugar, but if you prefer it sweeter, then a little bit of honey goes a long way. Here are just a few other ingredients to experiment adding into your mixture: shredded coconut, sliced almonds, dried cherries, chia seeds.
