- 1 wrap (Try this gluten-free buckwheat recipe, substituting 10-15% of the flour, or 6-9 grams, with cricket powder.)
- 2 tbsp cream cheese (dairy-free options such as Tofutti or Violife also work)
- 1 tsp Mighty Cricket Protein Powder (Unflavored)
- Sliced veggies of choice
3. Protein-Packed PB&J
- 2 slices of bread
- 3 teaspoons Mighty Cricket Protein Powder
- 2 tbsp peanut butter (or any nut/seed butter)
